Jehovah Jireh!!
Psalm 23:1
The Lord is my shepherd
I shall not want

” Jehovah Jireh” means the Lord our provider. Just as the verse above says the Lord is our keeper ( shepherd) , He makes sure that all our needs are met.

Like the human shepherd, He leads us daily to find food and nourishment for our physical bodies and our spirit man.

He leads us to fresh water and refreshment for our bodies and souls as well.

Scripture also says in Deuteronomy 6:24-26 that

The Lord bless thee and keep thee
The Lord be gracious unto you
The Lord lift up His countenance upon thee and give thee peace ( paraphrased)

The passage above is the blessing most Ministers pronounce on their congregation after church service every Sunday

It simply means the Lord provide all you need, physically , spiritually and emotionally throughout the week

Philippians 4:19

But my God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus

This verse from the new testament is another re-assurance from the Lord that He will provide all we need.

Keep trusting God for all you need, He will not let you down
God be with you

How can I apply the word to my life?

1. Trust in God and do what is right
