Intentional God!!
Genesis 1:3
And God said, let there be light and there was light.

“Intentional God” means God does everything with a purpose and an ultimate aim in mind. He is profoundly deliberate in all His ways. He does everything with a purpose, passion and plan.

This is exhibited through out the bible. The salvation story, started all the way in the book of Genesis, with Adam and Eve, right through the Patriarchs Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, right through a particular family line and eventually to Mary and Joseph.

The verse above also confirms this. God saw that the earth was void and without form, He started to reshape it. What do I need first? Light! Then let there be light and there was light. All other things followed in a planned sequence.

Scripture also says in Jeremiah 29:11 that

For I know the thoughts that I think towards you saith the Lord. Thoughts of peace and not of evil. To give you a future and a hope.

Meaning, do not worry about the mountain top and valley low experiences. Or do not fret about your
successes and failures. I know how to level out everything to a “Great story” I did it for Abraham, Joseph, Rahab who was considered a harlot, Esther, The Apostle Peter, The Apostle Paul, Mary Magdalene who was also considered a harlot, Elizabeth the wife Zachariah, Mary the Mother of Jesus etc.

Romans 8:28
…. all things work together for the good of them that love God who are called according to His purpose

This verse from the new testament also confirms that God does everything on purpose.

Cheer up, your story has not ended yet. You are bound to eventually succeed if you keep trusting God.
