I can only imagine!!
Revelations 22:12
And behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me; to give every man according as his work shall be

When you say , ” I can only imagine” it presupposes that there is something you are excited about or worried about. You have no idea how it will start or end.

All you can do is try to paint a picture in your mind of how you want it to be. You can only imagine .

“I can only imagine” is the title of a song. The songwriter was imagining how it will be like when we see Jesus in heaven

The verse above says Jesus will come back soon with rewards for His faithful servants. This promise should stir us up to do more for Christ before He returns.

The Bible says in Ephesians 3:20 that

Now unto Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we can ever ask or think…..

Meaning, God can do much more than we can ask or think. When you come before God you should not be worried about how big or small your request is. With Him all things are possible.

Hebrew 9: 27

And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgement

This verse from the new testament is reminding us that when we finally stand before God

– There will be the excitement about seeing God in all His glory ( Eternal bliss or enjoyment)

– There will also be the scary part of giving an account of what we did on earth ( Judgement)

It is is important to prepare for both events. The preparation starts with accepting the gift of salvation that will help you live a good life ( with no fear of judgement)
