How I love you Lord!!
Psalm 27:4
One thing have I asked for and that will I seek after. That I may dwell in the house of the Lord.. To behold His beauty and to inquire in His temple.

Loving the Lord involves:

– Obeying His commands

– Believing all His word says

– Thanking Him for all the gifts and blessings you receive

In the verse above, the Psalmist is expressing His love to the Lord:

– He will dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of His life( that is He will serve God faithfully)

– Behold the beauty of the Lord, that is worshipping and adoring Him

– Inquiring in His temple, that is meditating on His word.

That is King David’s way of expressing His love to the Lord. What do you do? You could adopt David’s method of expressing His love for God.

Matthew 22:37-40
.. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your mind and with all your soul

This verse from the new testament directs us to love the Lord with all we have and are. With our heart, mind and soul.

That is by adopting King David’s way of expressing his love to God, by giving to the church and to the poor and needy and performing other acts love towards your neighbor.
