Hope maketh not ashamed!!
Psalm 27:14
Be strong, take courage and wait for the Lord.

To have hope, is to have an expectation or desire for something. “Hope maketh not ashamed” therefore means having a positive expectation yields good results

Some philosophers say there is power in positive thinking.Whilst Christians say , when your hope or expectation is based on the Bible and God, you will never be disappointed ( ashamed)

The verse above says keep expecting the best from God. Your faith will be rewarded do not give up.

Romans 5:5

This verse from the new testament re- affirms the fact that hope in God and His word is always rewarded
