Greater is He that is in you
Isaiah 43:2
When thou passeth through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee; when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee

When I was small, there was a programme on TV, I loved so much- Oral Roberts and you. The signature tune was:
Greater is He that is in you
Greater is He that is in you
Than he that is in the world
God is greater
Greater than the wisest man
Greater
Greater than the richest King
He is greater
He is greater
Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world

Yes the Lord is indeed greater than any other power or diety we can think of. The Prophet Isaiah says no matter what challenge you have to overcome, He can see you through.

The water, rivers and fire used in the verse above are metaphors for the kind of challenges we would face.

Nothing is impossible with God. He is greater than whatever power we would contend with here on earth.

1 John 4:4
Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is He that is in you than He that is in the world.

The verse above also confirms that God is able to do all things. Never fret or worry, do not fear but rejoice in the Lord always because He is greater than all things and powers.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Thank and praise God each day that He is greater than all.
2. Call on Him first whenever you face a challenging situation.
3. Search His word for directions and the right confession to make in your situation.
4. Confess the appropriate scripture until you receive your miracle.

God of all and Lord of all. Receive your praise and adoration. Reign in my life as the Lord of all. Amen.
