Great is thy faithfulness
Lamentations 3:22-23
The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, His mercies never will come to an end. They are new every morning, Great is thy faithfulness
To be faithful is to keep your promises no matter what it costs to fulfill them.
No human can be faithful always because there a circumstances and situations in our world that prevent us from being faithful always. For instance you promise to give a sick friend money to buy medication and all the money you have is stolen. Though you do not want to disappoint your friend you have no hope of getting any money till pay day. You even have to borrow to survive.
However, God is Almighty, all knowing and omnipresent ( everywhere). When one door closes, He can open another one and make sure you get what He has promised.
The verse from Lamentations 3 confirms this. His love and mercy is always available. All you have to do is tap into it through prayer
If God did not hold back on sacrificing Jesus to save us, He will never let us down. 1 Thessalonians 5:24 says faithful is He who has called us and He will also do it.
Hebrews 10:23
Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; for He is faithful that promised
If God will never let us down then let us hold firmly unto our faith, no matter what happens.
If you lose your money, keep the faith. If you lose your friends, keep the faith. If you lose all hope because of your circumstances, keep the faith. For great is the Lord’s faithfulness.
