Grace made me who I am!!!
Psalm 23:5
…..thou anointed my head with oil. My cup runneth over

Grace can be defined as the undeserved favor we receive from God daily even though we do not deserve it. Lamentations 3:22 says His mercies are new every morning.

The verse above says, He anoints (In biblical terms to anoint is to set aside an individual specifically for the service of God. It is usually done with oil) us with oil and our lives overflow with His blessings ( my cup runneth over)

It is the grace of God that makes us who we are. The Apostle Paul said in 1 Corinthians 15:10
that

But by the grace of God I am what I am: and His grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain…….

Ephesians 2:8
For by grace are we saved through faith… It is a gift of God not because of works that any man may boast.

This verse from the new testament states clearly that we contribute nothing to our salvation.

Everything was planned by God and implemented through the death and resurrection of Christ.

Salvation is a gift. We do not deserve it but God handed it over to us freely.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Let everyone know that God has made you who you are.

2. It is the greatest testimony you can give of what God has done for you and it will attract people to God.
