God is good!!
Psalm 23:6
Surely, goodness and mercy
Shall follow me all the days of my life
And I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

“God is good” means God continues to show us grace, love, mercy, generosity and favor even when we do not deserve it. Our perfect God shows love and mercy to even sinful people.

The verse above says His goodness and mercy will follow us or be demonstrated to us throughout our lives.

Scripture also says in Psalm 84:11 that

God is a sun and shield to us… no good thing will He with old from those who walk uprightly

Meaning, when we continue to obey His commands in the bible, He will bless us abundantly.

James 1:17
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness neither shadow of turning.

This verse from the new testament assures us that every good gift we receive from Him has no strings attached.

All He requires is that we serve Him faithfully and with sincerity and continue to win souls for the kingdom of God.
