God is above all
1 Kings 8:27
But will God indeed dwell on the earth? Behold, the heaven and heaven of heavens cannot contain thee, how much less this house I have builded?

There is a song which says
Above all power, above all thrones
Above all nature and all created things
Above all wisdom and all the ways of men
You were there before the world began….

The song above is a very good attempt of trying to describe God as being above all things.

Isaiah 40:18 says
To whom then will ye liken God? Or what likeness will ye compare unto Him?

This verse implies that there nothing we can compare God to, that is accurate enough. There are no words that can describe Him well enough to show that He is above all

Ephesians 4:6
One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all

He is the God of all and Father of all. There is none greater than He is or more powerful than He is.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Study the Psalms and learn how to worship God.
2. Find time each day to just worship God for who He is without asking for anything.

Prayer
Lord of all creation, you are above all and none can be compared to thee. Receive all the praise and worship you deserve.
