Draw me deeper!!
Psalm 146:18-19
The Lord is nigh unto all those who call upon Him, To all that call upon Him in truth……

“Draw me deeper” is a plea to God to help you get closer to Him. How can you do this?

The verse above says the Lord is nigh or near to all those who call upon Him in truth or sincerity. With a genuine desire to know Him better and live to the glory of His name.

Scripture also says in Hebrews 11:6 that

And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to God must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him.

Meaning, that God rewards or favors those who genuinely seek to please Him in all they do.

John 15 : 4
Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me.

This verse from the new testament expands further on how you can draw near or get close to God.

Getting close to God requires that you remain in, abide in or obey His commands.
God be with you

1. Trust in God and do what is right

Till the very air I breath
Has your resurrection power
