Daily Word

Do not give up.
2 Chronicles 15:7
Be ye strong therefore, and let not your hands be weak: for your work shall be rewarded.

We are sometimes discouraged by the response we get for our efforts to improve relationships, our lifestyle, our work output and our ministry.

The verse above encourages us to be strong and not give up on improving situations in our lives. There is a reward for those who do not give.

In the book of Daniel we are told about how Daniel, an Israelite in exile continued to serve God faithfully in spite of his circumstances:
– He refused to eat the King’s meat but grew stronger and looked better than those who ate the King’s meat
– He refused to stop praying although a decree had been passed that no one should pray to any other God
– He was put in the lion’s den for disobeying the king but God saved him.

Dare to be a “Daniel ” in your time. Serve God faithfully against all odds and you will be blessed.

Galatians 6:9
And let us not be weary in well- doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

This verse from the new testament confirms the explanations given above

Do not grow weary in well-doing or doing good works and God will bless you .
God be with you

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Pray, think and come up with ways you can bless others.

Prayer
Let this be your prayer

The Lord is my strength and my song
He has become my salvation
He has become my salvation
The Lord is my strength and my song
Amen
