Count it all joy!
Isaiah 41:10
Fear not for I am with you. Be not dismayed for I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will help you and I will uphold you with my victorious right hand

Christians can count it all joy in diverse trials because in them or through trials we learn to depend on God and trust Him. Faith that is tested becomes genuine faith, rugged faith.

In the verse above christians are being admonished to desist from fear and dismay because the Lord is with us to strengthen us, help us and uphold us ( give us the support we need to succeed).

Scripture says in Psalm 35:1-2 that

The Lord contends with those who contend against us and fights with those who fight against us…

The Lord gives us deliverance and helps us to fulfill our mission as ambassadors of Christ and live a prosperous life.

James 1: 2-4
Count it all joy when you pass through diverse trials knowing that the testing of your faith worketh patience….

This verse from the new testament adds another dimension to the reasons why we go through diverse trials.

It builds our patience or character and makes us better people than we were before the trials.

When you encounter a challenge or trial, see it as a test of your faith and ask God to strengthen you to learn the lessons you need to learn to make you a better person and take you to the next level of your ministry.
