Blessed beyond measure
Deuteronomy 29:12
The Lord shall open unto thee His good treasure, the heaven, to give the rain unto thy land in His season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations and thou shalt not borrow.
To be blessed beyond measure is to receive so much blessings from the Lord that you cannot count or give account of them.
You are blessed when you receive so much favor and kindness from God. In the verse above, God promises to give us His good treasure, give us rain to make our land fruitful and give us more than enough money or funds to be lenders and not borrowers
In short, this verse says God will bless us with more than we need so that we can help others.
A similar message is given in Matthew 6:30-33
Which says if God takes care of birds and animals then He will take of you because you are more important to Him. Make every effort to live for the Lord by obeying His commands and He will ensure that you are blessed beyond measure. (Paraphrased)

Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of things against you falsely for my sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad: for great is your reward in heaven…..
Another way of determining that you are blessed beyond measure is given in this passage from the new testament.
When you suffer for doing the work of God and obeying His commands, you will be blessed beyond measure (rejoice and be exceedingly glad for great is your reward in heaven).
