Bless thou the Lord!!
Psalm 104:1
Bless the Lord, O my soul. O Lord my God, thou art very great: thou art clothed with honor and majesty

” Bless thou the Lord” means show your appreciation to God. Or express your gratitude and magnify the Lord.

Why?

– For He has done much more than you can imagine or understand ( Ephesians 3:20)

– For who He is. Jehovah God Almighty, the only living God ( Psalm 46:10)

This explanation is confirmed in the verse above

Thou art very great and thou art clothed with honor and majesty

Meaning, you are an exceptional God to put it simply

William McDowell has a song that says

How could I describe
A God that’s indescribable

A God that is unexplainable
I’m at a loss for words

Oh, oh, oh

God, His character and being as well as His unlimited love,grace and mercy is overwhelming

You cannot describe it well enough or explain it well enough all you can say is oh, oh ,oh what a Mighty God we serve.

Revelations 5:13
…..Blessing, and honor and glory and power be unto Him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb forever and ever.

This verse from the new testament says we need to bless, honor and glorify our God daily ( forever and ever)

At least begin and end each day by blessing, honoring and glorifying God
God be with you

1. Trust in God and do what is right
