Be still
Psalm 46:10
Be still and know that I am God, I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth

When you face challenges in your ministry or your life, there is no need to panic or fear.

The verse above says in such times you should “Be still”. Cease from fretting and worrying. Stop all attempts of applying panic responses or reflex actions like:
– Pacing up and down frantically
– Calling a thousand and one friends and relatives for advice and prayer
-Finding your own solutions

In the verse above christians are being encouraged to trust God to move on our behalf. He is God and He knows the best action to take.

Pray fervently in such times. James 5: 16b says
…The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

Philippians 4:6-7
Have no anxiety about anything but in everything by prayer and supplication with Thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto God and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus
