Be steadfast and immovable!!!
Isaiah 43:2
Whe you pass through the water, I will be with you, when you pass through the rivers it shall not overwhelm thee and through the fire… ( paraphrased)

“To be steadfast and immovable ” Means not allowing challenges, obstacles, temptations, trials or evil reports to discourage you from being a faithful ambassador of Christ.

The verse above says God will not allow you to be overwhelmed or destroyed by the challenges that come your way. Therefore, there is no need to fear, do all you can to promote the Gospel.

Scripture says in Jeremiah 1:12 that

The Lord watches over His word to perform

Meaning, God ensures that every promise He has made in His word comes to pass:
-I will make you the head and not the tail ( Deuteronomy 28:13)
-He will keep you in perfect peace ( Isaiah 26:33)
-Faithful is He who has called you and He will also do it ( 1 Thessalonians 5:24)
-God is a rewarded of those who diligently seek Him ( Hebrews11:6)

1 Corinthians 15:58
Be steadfast, immovable always abounding in the work of God, knowing that your labor is not in vain

This verse from the new testament emphasizes on the need to remain faithful as ambassadors of Christ.

Remain faithful to the end and you will be blessed
God be with you

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Let nothing discourage you from remaining a faithful ambassador of Christ.

Meditate on the words of this song

You are my hiding place
Oh Lord
The place where I can be myself
The place where I can I’ve your way
And magnify your name

Hide me in the shadow of your wings
Preserve me from trouble
Surround me with songs of deliverance and give me your peace
