Daily Word 🇬🇭

On the Lord’s side
Exodus 32:26
….then Moses said, who is on the Lord’s side?…

To be “On the Lord’s side” is to accept Jesus’ teachings. ( John 8:31). God foreordained that those who accept His teachings will receive Spiritual blessings.

What are some of Jesus’ teachings?
– Marvel not that I say unto you, you must be born again ( John 3:7)
– If you abide in me and my words abide in you, ask whatever you will and it shall be done unto you( John 15:7 )
-The Lord’s prayer ( Matthew 6:9-13)
-Let not your heart be trouble, believe in God and believe also in me ( John 14:1)
– I am the way the truth and the life( John 14:6)
-..…..the world will make you suffer, but be brave, I have overcome the world ( John:16:33)
– Love the Lord thy God with all your heart, mind and soul and your neighbor as yourself. These are the two greatest commandments ( paraphrased) etc ( Mark 13:30-31)

These are only a few of Our Lord’s teachings. If you are on the Lord’s side, then you have to accept all of them.

Matthew 6:33
Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you

This verse from the new testament shows clearly what we have to do first if we want to be on the Lord’s side.

Seek first His kingdom of God or accept the gift of salvation, which is the first step. When you do this you are on the Lord’s side, then you keep obeying His commands and teachings until He returns or your life on earth is done.
God be with you

How can I apply the word to my life?
1.Accept the gift of salvation if you have not done so already.
2. Follow the directions in Romans 10:9-10)
3. Or seek direction and help from a church nearby.
