Ancient of days
Daniel 7:9
I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of His head like pure wool: His throne was like the fiery flame, and His wheels as burning fire.

The term “Ancient of days” is used in the bible to describe the creator”s attribute of eternity combined with perfection.

The verse above from the book of Daniel, gives a vivid description of the creator along the lines of being the ancient of days or the longest living being.

Exodus 3:13-14 says
…the God of your father’s sent me unto you….. And God said unto Moses I AM, THAT I AM.
Meaning , He was, He is and will forever be. He is the ancient of days.

Jesus also said to His disciples that:

……before Abraham was, I am. (John 8:48-58)

He is even older than Abraham the father of all nations. He was present at the time of creation.

John 1:1
In the begining was the word, and the word was with God and the word was God

This verse from the new testament says “Jesus” , the Son of God and a member of the trinity was or existed before the very beginning when God created the world.

God knows everything, sees everything and knows the origin of all things.

1. Give God all the honor and respect He deserves at all times even when you do not understand what He is doing in your life.
