Peace of mind
Philippians 4-6-7
Have no anxiety about anything but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto God and the peace of God which passes all understanding, will keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

“Peace of mind” involves your entire soul being at rest. It requires that you place all your anxieties and worries before God trusting that He will make a way. True peace of mind comes from God alone rather than any other deity, person or thing.

This is explained perfectly in the passage above. Scripture also says in Psalm 46:1that:

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in our time of need.

Meaning, God strengthens us and gives us the protection and peace of mind we need to plan in order to overcome our challenges.

Beloved student, worker and ambassador of Christ as we perform our duties in our various occupations and ministries we are bound to face challenges but let us always remember that Psalm 23:6 says

The goodness and mercy of God will follow us all days of our lives to rescue us from challenging situations and give us victory.
God be with you.

Suggestions for success
1. As you prepare for the coming week pray for God to give you peace of mind in the midst of all the challenges you may face in the coming week.

Prayer
Meditate on the words of this hymn

Peace, perfect peace
In this dark world of sin
The blood of Jesus whispers peace within
Amen.
