Give me a sign!!
Judges 6:17
And He said unto Him, If now I have found grace in thy sight, then give me a sign that thou talkest with me.

In the bible God gives signs to warn people, to execute judgement and to deliver. Signs are also given to guide us in our Christian journey. Like God use the cloudy pillar to guide the Israelites in the wilderness on their way to the promise land.

In the verse above, Gideon asked God to give him a sign to confirm that He had given him an assignment and He was going to be with him always till he completed the assignment.

God has given each of us assignments as well as students, workers and ambassadors of Christ:

– As a student yours may be to testify to your friends that personal efforts with the blessing of God can make even the worst student excel because His grace is sufficient for us ( 2 Corinthians 12 :8-9)
– As a worker your may to show your colleagues that God can restore and multiply whatever you lose like He did for Job ( Job 42:10-17)
– As an ambassador of Christ yours may be to show the world that if you have faith as a mustard seed you can do great things through the blessing of the Lord. ( Matthew 17:20-21)

Ask God to give you a sign to confirm your assignment as a student, worker and ambassador of Christ.
