It is a great thing to serve the Lord!!
Psalm 27:4
One thing have I asked of the Lord and that will I seek after. That I may dwell in the house of the Lord, to behold the beauty of the Lord and to inquire in His temple.

It is a great thing to serve the Lord because you shall serve and He shall bless your bread and water.

In other words, God shall bless you abundantly. The Psalmist in the verse above says his utmost desire is to serve the Lord all the days of his life.

The bible says in 1 Corinthians 15:58 that

Be steadfast, unmovable always abounding in the work of the Lord knowing that your labor is not in vain

Dear student, worker and ambassador of Christ the rewards received from God are not always measurable

- Keep sharing your provisions with that classmate who refuses to share hers when yours runs out

- Keep sharing your food etc with that that colleague at work.

- Keep sharing the Gospel even though you cannot specifically count the number of souls you help save. The bible says in 2 Timothy 4:2

Preach the word be instant in season and out of season.....

Yours is just to present the message the conviction of the soul is the Holy Spirit's job.

In the same way, if you do not give up helping your classmate and co- worker, you shall reap your reward in due season
God be with you
