God will empower you
Isaiah 41:10
Fear not, for I am with you
Be not dismayed for I am your God
I will strengthen you
I will help you
I will uphold you with my victorious right hand.

According to the oxford English mini dictionary, to empower means to authorize or enable.

In the verse above, God promises to:
– strengthen us or give us the energy we need to perform
– help us or make it easier for us to perform
– uphold us or give us the necessary support so that we can perform.

If God will do all these things, it means, He will empower you to perform.

Perhaps, in the coming week you have several important assignments to complete in school, at work or in your ministry as a christian. Your previous performance has not been encouraging.

Fear not, commit everything into the Lord’s hands and He will empower you to excel

REFLECTIONS
1. Plan how and what you will do to complete the important assignment.
2. If it’s school work, pray first, then read as much as you can online. Then talk to a senior in school who did the same course. Summarize your materials obtained online and what the senior gives. Combine them to complete the assignment.
3. If it’s a presentation at work, pray first, look for information online and from your colleagues at work. Summarize and combine the information to complete your presentation.

Prayer
Dear Lord, please empower me to excel in all I do. Amen
