The Lord bless thee and keep thee ( paraphrased)

“The Lord bless and keep thee” is a profound benediction asking God to grant divine favour and prosperity ( bless) and to hedge, guard or protect you ( keep)

The verse above is an excerpt from the benediction most ministers pronounce on their congeration to end church service on Sundays

For a student, worker and ambassador of Christ it could be part of our morning prayers each day

– In school it could grant us favour with our friends and teachers/ lecturers and protect us throughout the day

– At work it could grant us favour with our subordinates and superiors and protect us throughout the day

– As ambassadors of Christ it could grant us favor with the people we share the gospel with and touch their hearts ,so they accept Christ. It could also protect us from danger

Psalm 23: 1 says
The Lord is my shepherd , I shall not want

Which means everyone that has the Lord as his keeper ( shepherd) shall lack no good thing. The Lord will bless and Keep him or her
