Lead us not into temptation!
Matthew 6:13
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil

” And lead us not into temptation” is a plea for God’s protection not to enter situations of trials.

The verse above is an excerpt from the Lord’s prayer in the bible. It implies that our God knows it is likely that we will enter situations of trials. Therefore we need to pray for protection.

As students, workers and ambassadors of Christ we need to pray constantly for God’s protection so that we do not disobey the commands of God

– If everybody is copying in the examination room. Should we also as christians copy because the examination is difficult?

– If everyone at work, is not performing their duties because salaries are delayed, do you also do the same?

– Or do you stop being a witness for Christ because you are too busy?

Joshua 1:8 says

This book of law shall not depart out of your mouth but you shall meditate on it day and night that you might be careful to do all that it says. For then you shall prosper and have good success ( paraphrased)

According to the verse above if we study and obey God’s commandments we need not fear about falling into temptations

God be with you

1. Pray for grace And strength to excel in all you do.
