“Make us one , Lord” signifies deep spiritual unity in purpose, heart and will.

If you love your neighbor as the verse above says then you can become one in spiritual unity in purpose, heart and will.

Scripture also says in
Genesis 4:9

Am I my brother’s keeper?

God expects us to be each other’s keeper because we are one

Matthew 22:39
…..love your neighbor as yourself

This verse from the new testament reaffirms the fact that we need to love our neighbors as ourselves so we can be one

Accept the gift of salvation today ( Romans 10:9-10) and learn to love your neighbor as yourself
