Be still!!
Psalm 46:10
Be still and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the heathen. I will be exalted in the earth.

“Be still” means stop striving, fighting and struggling, relax and put your trust in God. Just like the verse above says.

Fretting and worrying cannot solve problems. But relaxing, praising and thanksgiving yields positive results

Psalm 22:3 says
God inhabits the praises of His people ( paraphrased)

Meaning, praise and thanksgiving brings us closer to God. Getting closer to God in order to move on our behalf

John 14:1
Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God, believe also in me

This verse from the new testament reaffirms the fact that it is better to stop fretting and worrying. Relax and put your trust in God

Accept the gift of salvation today ( Romans 10:9-10) and enjoy an anxiety free life
