My glory!
Psalm 3:3
But you, Lord, are a shield around me, my glory and the one who lifts my head high

“My glory” refers to personal glory which is a gift from God and includes honor and dignity as well as being lifted up in social life

The verse above says God is the one who lifts our heads high or gives us glory

Scripture also says in Deuteronomy 28: 13 that

And the Lord shall make thee the head, and not the tail.,.. if you hearken unto the commandments of the Lord thy God

Being the head and not the tail means God has lifted you to a place of honor, giving you glory

Matthew 5:16
Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven

This verse from the new testament says we can also give God glory by being good to others ( good works)

Accept the gift of salvation today ( Romans 10:9-10) and enjoy the benefits of serving an amazing God
