Abide in me!!!
Deuteronomy 28:13
The Lord will make you the head and not the tail, if you pay attention to the commandments of the Lord …….

“Abide in me” means live by my word. Obey my words and commands. That is what our God wants us to do always.

The verse above says if we obey the Lord’s commands then He will make us the head and not the tail.

Meaning , He would cause us to excel in all we do. Or He will cause us to prosper.

Scripture also says in Psalm 37:4 that

Delight yourself in the Lord and He will grant you your heart’s desires ( paraphrased)

The Lord will grant us what we desire if we obey His commands

John 15:7-9
If you abide in me and my words abide in you, ask what you will, it shall be done unto you

This verse from the new testament reaffirms the message in the two verses quoted above.

Just be obedient, follow and live by the word and all will be well
God be with you
