Daily Word 🇬🇭

Sufficient grace!!
Psalm 27:13-14
I would have fainted unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living
Be strong take courage
Wait for the Lord

Grace can be slimy defined as undeserved or unmerited favor. ” Sufficient grace” therefore means enough favor from God to help you complete assignments.

In the passage above, the Psalmist expressed his frustration. He may have tried so hard to complete an assignment, he was tired, weak and had lost all his joy and satisfaction.

Then, it occured to him or he remembered that he served a living and powerful God. The Lord could turn his situation around by granting him grace or favor

With the favor of the Lord, anything can be done easily. Joshua led the people of Israel to successfully break down the walls of Jericho with no weapons. They simply obeyed God’s commands ( The full story can be found in Joshua chapter 6)

2 Corinthians 12:9
…..My grace is sufficient for you for my power is made perfect in your weakness. ( Paraphrased)

This verse above reminds us that even great people like Apostle Paul who was used greatly by God had problems.

In 2 Corinthians 12, he talks about “a thorn in the flesh”. Or a challenge , some Bible theologians say it was a chronic disease but the Bible did not say exactly what. Probably, so we can all identify with
Paul ‘s predicament. We all have problems we have prayed several times about with no definite solution

God says His grace is sufficient for us. He will see us through
God be with you

How can I apply the word to my life?
