Believe and you will see!!!
John 20:28-29
Blessed is he who believes even though he has not seen. (Paraphrased)

The phrase “believe and you will see” is closely related to Hebrews 11:1

Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

The emphasis is on ” the evidence of things not seen” meaning despite the fact that what you are asking God for may seem impossible, you believe that it is possible by faith in God.

In the verse above God was talking to His disciple Thomas, he did not believe Jesus was alive because he had not seen Him.

Jesus said “blessed” or highly favored is the one who believes even though he has not seen.

Dear student, worker and ambassador of Christ, there may be things in your line of duty that seem impossible now:

– Passing your examinations with excellent grades when lecturers and teachers are on strike( not working)

-Excelling in your career when you have no funds to take courses to improve your skills

-Fulfilling your calling when you do not have much financial and management techniques.

God’s word to you is “only believe and you will see”

Ephesians 3:20 says
Now unto Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we can ask or think of….

According to the verse above, God can even cause our wildest imagination to come true because with God all things are possible ( Matthew 19:26)
God be with you

Suggestions for success

1. Reflect on your activities in the past week. Ask God to make what seems impossible possible in the coming week.

Song for meditation

Let this hymn be your prayer and confession

Faint not, nor fear
His arm is near
He changeth not
And thou art dear
Only believe
And thou shalt see that
Christ is all in all
To thee
Amen
