God holds your future
Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the thoughts that I think towards you saith the Lord. Thoughts of peace and not of evil. To give you a future and a hope.

As humans we worry about our future because we are not sure about what could happen. Some start life so well but end in a disaster. Others start life miserably but end with a success story. We wonder, what will my story be?

As christians, we need not worry about our future because God holds our future. He has the ability to see into the future. The verse above says He has plans of a great future for us.

Psalm 37:5 says
Commit your way to the Lord, trust Him and He shall bring it to pass.

Surrender your life to God and accept the gift of salvation and He will take control of your future.

John 16:33
I have told you all these things that….. The world will make you suffer but be bold I have overcome the world

Jesus did not hide from us that there will be turbulent times. In the verse above He warns us that we will have tribulations,( the world will make you suffer) but we should believe that once He overcame the world, we can also overcome the world through His power.

1. Trust God to take care of your future.

God sent His Son
They call Him Jesus
He came to love, heal and forgive
He lived and died to buy our pardon
An empty grave is there to prove
That my Savior lives

Because He lives
I can face tomorrow
Because Christ lives
All fear is gone
Because I know
He holds the future
And life is worth a living
Just because He lives
